1. Who We Are

Munjiz AI is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) digital marketing platform, operated by:

By using the platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Your Account

• You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter contracts.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.
• One account per business. Do not share your account outside your organization.

3. Connecting Advertising Accounts

• You must have legal authority to manage any ad account you connect to Munjiz. Connecting an account you are not authorized to manage violates these terms and the terms of the platform concerned.
• Connections use the platform's official authorization flow (OAuth)، such as Facebook Login for Business for Meta.
• Munjiz never asks for your Facebook password or that of any advertising platform.
• You may disconnect any integration at any time from Settings → Integrations.

4. Your Approval Before Any Action

The platform displays a confirmation screen and waits for your explicit approval before performing any of the following:

• Launching a campaign.
• Publishing an ad.
• Modifying a budget.
• Activating or pausing a campaign.
• Deleting a campaign or ad.

5. Ad Budgets and Payments

• Ad budgets are paid from your account directly to the advertising platform (Meta, Google, Snapchat, TikTok)، they do not pass through Munjiz.
• You are solely responsible for every amount spent on your advertising accounts.
• Munjiz enforces a daily cap on the actions it creates, and no action created by the platform will exceed it.

6. No Guaranteed Results

Advertising results depend on factors outside our control: your product, pricing, market, competition, and the platforms' own algorithms. Munjiz does not guarantee any specific sales, return, or performance, and any illustrative figures shown are not a promise.

7. Prohibited Uses

• Advertising products or services that violate your local laws or the advertising platforms' policies.
• Connecting ad accounts without authorization.
• Attempting to access another customer's data or probing the platform for vulnerabilities without written permission.
• Reselling access to the platform or scraping its data without an agreement.
• Using the platform to distribute misleading or fraudulent content.

8. Intellectual Property

• The platform, its software, designs, and the "Munjiz" mark belong to Trio solutions hub SPC.
• Content you create through the platform belongs to you: copy, designs, and campaigns.
• You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to deliver the service.

9. Subscription, Cancellation, and Refunds

• Trial: a limited free trial, no payment card required, ending automatically without converting to a paid subscription.
• Subscription: after the trial, continued use requires a monthly subscription, paid in advance.
• Cancellation: you may cancel at any time. Service continues until the end of the paid cycle and does not renew afterwards.
• Refunds: no partial refunds for a cycle already started. If the service fails due to a fault on our side, we compensate with equivalent service time or refund that cycle.
• Ad budgets are not part of the subscription and are paid by you directly to the advertising platforms.

10. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these terms or the advertising platforms' policies.
• Payment is more than 14 days overdue.
• The account is used in a way that harms the platform or its users.

We notify you before termination where possible, and allow you to export your data within 30 days.

11. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for lost profits or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim does not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for advertising spend resulting from an action you approved through the confirmation screen.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and the courts of Muscat have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

13. Changes to These Terms

We notify you of any material change 14 days before it takes effect, at your registered email.
