Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete your data from Munjiz at any time, using any of three methods. All lead to the same result.

Method 1: From inside Munjiz (fastest)

1. Sign in at munjiz.ai/login.php
2. Open Settings → Integrations
3. Select Meta
4. Click Disconnect and Delete Data

Deletion begins immediately, and a confirmation code is shown so you can track the request.

Method 2: By email

Send a request to privacy@munjiz.ai from the email associated with your Munjiz account: we use this to verify your identity.

Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request. We reply with a confirmation code within two business days.

Method 3: From Facebook settings

1. Open Facebook Settings → Business Integrations
2. Select Munjiz AI and click Remove

What Gets Deleted

• Access tokens and refresh tokens.
• Meta User ID.
• Business IDs.
• Ad Account IDs.
• Cached campaign and performance data.
• Scheduled tasks linked to your account.
• Your webhook subscriptions.

What May Be Retained, and Why

• Billing and payment records: 5 years, as required by accounting and tax regulations in the Sultanate of Oman.
• Audit log: who performed which action and when, without any Meta data. Retained for the legal protection of both parties.

These records contain no access tokens, no campaign data, and no information from Meta.

Processing Time

Confirmation Code and Tracking

Every deletion request generates a unique confirmation code. You receive it on screen with Method 1, or by email with Method 2. If the request comes from Meta, the code is returned to Meta automatically.
